DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
Upon payment, customers will promptly receive an email notification confirming the debit from their card.
Customers can retrieve their reserved ride at WAKETIME YACHTS & BOATS L.L.C. (WAKETIME), located at Dubai Jumeirah Fishing Harbor 1, Jumeirah 2.

REFUND POLICY
Customers have the following options:

• Full refund or rescheduling is available for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the booking.
• All refunds will be processed exclusively through the original payment method.

NO REFUND POLICY
In the following situations:

• NO SHOW
• Cancellations made on short notice (less than 24 hours)
• WAKETIME YACHTS & BOATS L.L.C. reserves the right to retain the full paid amount without issuing a refund.
